Dock on Site
I do not have a Dock on site, is this a problem?
For all LTL deliveries, a Lift Gate is required if your location does not have a dock. You’ll be able to select this and other delivery options during the checkout process.
If your order is shipping LTL to a residential address, please notify us in advance or select Special Truck as an accessorial fee during checkout. Residential deliveries often require a special truck, as most semi-trailers are not able to access residential streets. Providing this information upfront helps avoid potential re-delivery fees.

Accessorial Fee Options During Checkout:

Notification Prior to Delivery: To be notified prior to your delivery.
Time-Specific Delivery: To schedule a delivery time with your carrier.
Inside Delivery: For the delivery to be placed inside.
Lift Gate Service, REQUIRED IF NO DOCK: A Lift Gate is required for all LTL deliveries if there is no dock available at the delivery site. If a dock is present, a lift gate is not necessary. Please note that if a lift gate is used but not selected at the time of shipment, additional charges may apply.
Special Truck: A special truck is needed for semi-restricted access.
Limited Access Delivery: A shipment that requires special handling due to restricted or challenging delivery locations.
