Submitting a Claim for Damaged, Missing, or Defective Items
To help us process your claim quickly and efficiently, please provide the following information when reporting damaged, missing, or defective items:

A signed Proof of Delivery (POD) clearly noting any damages or shortages at the time of delivery.

A detailed list of the affected items, including descriptions, quantities, and the type of issue (e.g., missing, damaged, or defective).

Photographs of the damaged or defective products to support your claim and aid in resolution.
Important: PODs marked “Subject to Count” or “Subject to Inspection” may not be considered valid documentation and could result in denial of the claim. To protect your eligibility, please ensure that all issues are noted clearly on the POD at the time of delivery.
