We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Packaging HERO accepts returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team at 866-754-4376 or email support@packaginghero.com. We'll guide you through the process and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be clearly referenced on all return paperwork.

Please note the following return guidelines:

• A 20% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

• Returns without an RA number or with writing/labels on the product packaging will be denied.
