Cancel Order

Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. To cancel an order, please contact us in writing as soon as possible by emailing support@packaginghero.com.

Please note the following cancellation guidelines:

  • Orders that have already been pulled for shipping are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Orders that have already shipped or have been assigned a tracking number cannot be canceled. Once tracking is generated, the order is in transit and no longer eligible for cancellation.

  • Custom or made-to-order items are not cancelable, as they are produced specifically for your needs.
